E-news CAS 2024, No. 2 - Papers submission website is now open! We invite you to present your latest research and innovative ideas in micro- and nanotechnologies at the 47th International Semiconductor Conference CAS 2024, an IEEE EDS event (IEEE Electron Devices Society), which will be held in the period October 9 - 11, 2024 in Sinaia, Romania. Papers Submission Website. We are glad to announce that the On-Line Papers Submission Website for CAS 2024 is now open and we are looking forward to your contributions! You are invited to submit original papers on the following topics: Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; Microsensors and Microsystems; Modelling; Semiconductor Devices; Integrated Circuits. More details are available in the Call for papers webpage. The accepted papers of 4 pages will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All the papers must be submitted through the paper submission website. Authors should create a new account for each conference edition, the credentials received in the past years are no longer available! If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one web account. Your option for the conference topic (track) is mandatory. You can choose either oral or poster presentation, but the final decision will be taken by the Technical Program Committee. Important dates: Students participation. The conference includes special sessions for student papers and offers reduced registration fees. Submit your paper and compete for the Best student paper award! Publishing of extended papers.
