How to access IMT-MINAFAB?

If you are interested either to order the execution of certain processes (technical services as such), or to gain direct access to equipments, the procedure of contact is described below.

First, consult the extended information about the equipments and technologies available on the public website at: www.imt.ro/MINAFAB. You may also e-mail a request for further details to the person in charge with a certain equipment (the process engineer or the application scientist).

If you are ready to order a service, please contact the IMT-MINAFAB executive team, by emailing at: minafab@imt.ro. Inquires could be also made by fax at +40-21 269 07 72 or by phone at +40-21 269 07 70 ext 19 (Dr. Radu Popa).

If interested to be qualified as a potential user, you are invited to complete a questionnaire, available here . You will then receive a username and a password that will grant access to the Extranet web page of IMT-MINAFAB (click here and identify you). This page (still under construction at the end of April 2009) will provide supplementary information, such as:

• A price list for standard processes (already available) ;
• Technical specifications requested from users when ordering either the execution of masks, or processing / characterization of certain probes (under completion)
• Supplementary information about the results previously obtained with the main equipments, illustrating their performance (under construction).
