The papers submission deadline has been extended until June 18, 2018!

The conference is an annual event with a long-standing tradition, which provides you a great opportunity to present your last innovation and research results to a wide international audience, in the most relevant topics in the fields of semiconductor components and systems, micro- and nanotechnologies.
You are invited to submit original papers on the following topics:
1. Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; 2. Micro- and Nanophotonics; 3. Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; 4. Microsensors and Microsystems; 5. Modelling; 6. Semiconductor Devices; 7. Integrated Circuits.
The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The papers presented at the conference will be available on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Papers submission details []

Best student paper.The best student paper at CAS 2018 will be awarded. The student papers must be based on the student's own work and the authors should mention their option to be registered in this session when uploading the paper.
