The main objectives of the project are:

• Membrane-supported antenna  and anteenae arrays design and optimization
• Integration of the low-loss RF MEMS switches with antenna elements on the same thin dielectric membrane
• Hybrid integration of LNAs and Schottky diodes with antenna front-ends on the same high resistivity silicon chips
• Technological development for the imaging systems
