RESULTS

The expected results and the project contribution are the following:

  • Optimized processes for growing ZnO based nanostructures with controlled morphology;
  • Innovative processes for direct integration of nanostructures in micro / nanoscale devices;
  • Experimental models of gas sensors and UV photodetectors;
  • Measurement setup and functional characterization of the obtained sensors;
  • Characterization method of functionalized nanowires by Raman spectroscopy;
  • Publications – ISI papers, communications at international conferences and patents.
  • Characterization method of nanostructures – nanowires (oxide naowires ZnO, NiO, TiO2) , carbon nanostructures (graphene, graphene nanoflakes, quantumm dots) by Raman spectroscopy;
