Abstract.
The aim of this paper is to present the technology for air-bridges manufacturing, as MMIC dedicated interconnection elements, characterized by low parasitic interconnect capacitance and inductance. Air-bridges are useful to avoid spurious propagation modes related to asymmetric coplanar waveguide structures.
