ST services:

The laboratory offers:

1. WLI analysis and 3D characterizations for MEMS structures
2. "On wafer" characterization in 0.1 - 110 GHz range for microwave and millimeter wace circuits
3. S paramaters measurements up to 110 GHz for microwave circuits

Access condition: order for each analysis; the beneficiary can participate at the measurements
