E-news CAS 2026, No. 1 - Call for papers

On behalf of the CAS Organizing Committee, we are honoured to invite you to the 2026 edition of Eastern Europe's oldest and most prestigious event dedicated to semiconductors, microtechnology, and nanotechnology.
The 49th International Semiconductors Conference provides an excellent platform for scientists, engineers, industry experts and academics from different disciplines to present cutting-edge research findings, exchange innovative ideas and gain insights into the latest scientific and industrial advancements.
Participants will enjoy a comprehensive agenda featuring world-renowned Plenary Speakers, Oral and Poster Presentations, engaging Workshops, an exciting Industry Exhibition, as well as vibrant Social and Networking Events.
We invite authors to submit their original research to CAS 2026. Contributions are welcome in all areas related to the conference topics:
- Nanoscience and Nanoengineering: Applications; Nanomaterials; Physical Phenomena
- Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics
- Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems
- Microsensors and Microsystems
- Modelling
- Semiconductor Devices
- Integrated Circuits
- Devices and Smart Systems for Biomedical and Health Applications
Important dates:
Regular papers submission: May 25, 2026
Notification of papers acceptance: June 24, 2026
Final submission of accepted papers: July 3, 2026
You are invited to submit full papers (4 pages). The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Past CAS Proceedings volumes are available in IEEE Xplore database and Web of Science.
Authors have an alternative option of submitting papers of 2 pages that could be selected for presentation at the conference only and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
We strongly encourage student participation at CAS 2026. Students will have the opportunity to present their work in dedicated sessions and take advantage of reduced registration fees.
