He received BSc (2009) and MSc (2011) in engineering, ‘Microsystems’ specialization in the Department of Microelectronics, Optoelectronic and Nanotechnologies, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
His research activities include: fabrication and characterisation of Schottky diodes for temperature sensors and MOS sensor arrays for gas detection based on silicon carbide (SiC); micro-electronic circuits based on silicon carbide for the power domain and the simulation of the CI based on silicon using language description programs such as Cadence Virtuoso. |
