S-a publicat o lucrare stiintifica la conferinta internationala de impact foarte mare: TRANSDUCERS cu rata de accept de 44 %

  • O lucrare stiintifica este in curs de editare pana la finalizarea proiectului pentru trimitere la un jurnal cu factor de impact ISI (Sensors and Actuators).

  • Workshop stiintific dedicat proiectului
    In cadrul acestei etape s-a organizat de asemenea un workshop stiintific, preanuntat, cu titlul “Progrese in dezvoltarea structurilor SAW pe GaN”, care a avut loc la IMT – Bucuresti, in sala de seminar in data de 25 noiembrie 2019, intre orele 11 si 13. Au participat 15 cercetatori din IMT Bucuresti.
