Dr. Rebeca Tudor (rebeca.tudor@imt. ro) graduated from Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest: Bachelor and MS in "Microelectronics, Optoelectronics and Nanotechnologies" (2011), and "Microsystems" (2013) respectively. She obtained her Doctorate in Physics - Optics, Spectroscopy, Plasma and Lasers (2014-2017) at Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest. Dr. Rebeca Tudor, scientific researcher CSIII, has 9 years of professional experience in the field of Photonics in the Micro and Nanophotonics Laboratory of IMT Bucharest, with an expertise in simulation, design, manufacture and characterization of optical elements for optical and quantum communications. MENTOR

Dr. Radu Ionicioiu has 23+ years research experience in quantum information/quantum technologies. After obtaining his PhD in theoretical physics (Cambridge University, 1999), Radu has worked all over the world (UK, Italy, Australia, Canada) in both academia and industry (Hewlett-Packard Labs). His interests include all things Q: quantum technologies, quantum information, quantum imaging, quantum communications, quantum computers. He is the Romanian representative (Sherpa) in the EuroQCI Board and a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of EU Quantum Flagship.
Radu has founded and coordinates RoQnet, Romanian Quantum Network www.roqnet.ro, aiming to develop quantum technologies in Romania.
From 2013 Radu is a Senior Researcher (CS 1) at IFIN-HH (Bucharest, Magurele).
Currently he is the project director of QTSTRAT, whose goal is to elaborate the National Strategy in Quantum Communications https://qtstrat.granturi.ubbcluj.ro
