  • Step I - Documentary study, comparative analysis and enunciate of tehnological solutions for realization of piezoelectrical multifunctional microtraductors. Documentary study and comparative analisys of piezoelectrical monocristaline materials
  • Step II - Technological development I Design, simulation and technological experimentation
  • Step III – Tehnological development II. Realisation of ME and the demonstration of functionality. Designing of prototype.
  • Step IV -  Realisation and  area prototype experimentation of  multifunctional microtraductors hybride integrated.
  • Step V -  Reporting of economical effects obtained by the beneficiary economic agent
