Continuing a proud tradition, the 48th edition of the International Semiconductor Conference, an IEEE EDS event, is a must-attend for anyone passionate about micro- and nanoelectronics.

Papers Submission Deadline soon approaching. We are confident that your conference paper will have a significant impact. IEEE EDS (Electron Devices Society) Mini-Colloquium "EMERGING SOLUTIONS TOWARD SUSTAINABLE ELECTRONICS: FROM CONCEPT TO IMPLEMENTATION", October 11, 2025, Hotel Sinaia
On the 100th Anniversary of Lilienfeld's FET Patent, IEEE EDS is organising a series of commemorative events under the "FET100" banner.
The event organised by IEEE EDS UK and Ireland and EDS Romania will comprise first-class technical presentations offered by EDS Distinguished Lecturers and invited speakers.
No registration fee.
