E-news CAS 2026, No. 4 - FINAL submission deadline In response to the high level of interest and to give authors extra time to finalize and improve their contributions, the CAS Technical Programme Committee has decided to grant a further extension of the submission deadline. FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 3 JULY 2026 We invite you to submit original papers in all areas related to the conference topics: Nanoscience and Nanoengineering - Applications, Nanomaterials, Physical Phenomena; Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; Microsensors and Microsystems; Modelling; Semiconductor Devices; Integrated Circuits; Devices and Smart Systems for Biomedical and Health Applications. The full papers of 4 pages accepted at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Outstanding contributions will be recognized with Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards. Authors have an alternative option of submitting papers of 2 pages that could be selected for presentation at the conference only and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
