Conference Format:

October 13: Conference Registration and Welcome Cocktail
October 14 - 17: Technical sessions, Exhibition, Workshops, Social activities and networking: a local trip and the Conference Banquet including the Best papers Awards ceremony (Saturday, Oct. 17)

Conference Registration. REGISTER now to attend CAS 2026! The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials with an electronic copy of the Proceedings volume, access to coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Cocktail, Banquet, trip. To guarantee inclusion in the conference program and publication in CAS 2026 Conference Proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference.

Early bird Registration & Deadline for author registration: September 7, 2026

Accommodation. Hotel Sinaia reservations can be made through the Conference Registration Form. Participants are responsible for paying for their accommodation directly to the hotel. Please disregard any messages asking you to book rooms through third-party companies and do not proceed to any arrangement or payment to these companies!

Location, Travel & Useful information. For participants travelling from abroad, we recommend to read the information available on the conference website.
