Thank you to all the authors who submitted a record number of papers for this conference edition and to the Papers Review Board for their hard work and commitment. Decision notifications, which include reviewer comments, were sent on July 31, 2025. Please be sure to carefully address these comments in your final submission. If you haven’t received the decision, please contact us urgently.
Accepted papers. Your full paper in PDF format must be submitted online no later than Aug 8, 2025 23:59 (UTC-0500). Your paper must comply with the specifications outlined on the web site. Due to publication deadlines, no time extensions will be granted.

The registration process includes two steps: 1. Complete the on-line Registration Form, including the request for accommodation in Hotel Sinaia (the conference venue) and options for participating in the social events and satellite events organised at CAS 2025. 2. Fee payment.
To be published in CAS 2025 Conference Proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference.
Early bird Registration & Deadline for author registration: September 5, 2025
For the IEEE EDS Mini-Colloquium "FET100 - Emerging Solutions Toward Sustainable Electronics: From Concept To Implementation" taking place on Oct. 11, 2025 at the same location as CAS, separate Registration is required.
Conference Programme. The Technical Programme Committee is preparing an exciting technical program comprising plenary presentations, oral and poster sessions, student papers presentations, accompanied by social events: Welcome Cocktail on Oct. 7, a trip and Banquet including Best paper Awards ceremony on Oct. 11.
