We invite you to explore our lineup of sessions at CAS 2025 and the papers' abstracts: Lecture Sessions, Poster Sessions The conference technical programme includes over 130 presentations, structured in 4 plenary sessions with 14 invited papers, 10 oral presentations sessions for regular papers, 4 oral student papers sessions and 5 poster sessions (3 for papers, 2 for students). Conference Format: In addition to the technical sessions, the conference participants are invited to attend the following events (no additional admission fee): On Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, join a special event co-organised by EDS UK&Ireland and EDS Romania to find out the latest news in nanoelectronics from IEEE Distinguished Lecturers and prestigious Invited speakers! The Mini Colloquium "FET100 - Emerging Solutions Toward Sustainable Electronics: From Concept To Implementation" will take place in parallel to CAS, at the same location. Extended papers. Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference may be included in special issues of indexed journals: Conference Registration.
