P2: Nanocompozite oxidice cu materiale nanocarbonice cu aplicatii in fotonica (sisteme fotovoltaice si laseri)-NANOCOMPOZITCARB

Descrierea proiectului:

NANOCOMPOZITCARB isi propune dezvoltarea de noi sisteme nanocompozite oxidice cu materiale nanocarbonice pentru aplicatii in fotonica. Se au in vedere 3 metode de sinteza si investigare a noilor materiale:

(i)Sinteze sol-gel de filme oxidice compozite cu materiale nanocarbonice, pentru conductori transparenti in sisteme fotovoltaice;
(ii)Sinteze prin tehnica topire/turnare/sinterizare de materiale bloc borofosfatice cu materiale nanocarbonice, pentru optimizarea transmisiei optice, termice si electrice cu aplicatii in sisteme laser;
(iii)Sinteze de filme subtiri prin Magnetron Sputtering (MS)/ MAPLE pentru aplicatii in sisteme laser;

Obiective:

  • Dezvoltarea unor materiale prin tehnologii de sinteza „green”, pentru electrozi transparenti cu aplicatii in sisteme fotovoltaice. Sistemele investigate: ZnO-GO/rGO si ZnO-P2O5-GO/rGO (OCDI-1)

  • Dezvoltarea unor materiale noi, prin tehnologii inovative pentru medii active laser cu proprietati termice, electrice si mecanice imbunatatite. Sistemele investigate: compozite noi din sticle boro-fosfatice dopate cu compusi nanocarbonici (OCDI-2)

Etapa a III-a

Rezultatele acestei etape au fost prezentate in cadrul unui workshop, in cadrul a 8 conferinte internationale, in 6 publicatii in reviste cotate ISI, in 2 capitole de carte. Prezentam o selectie a rezultatelor:

Am demonstrat prepararea unor filme compozite silico-fosfatice cu compusi oxidici de grafena pentru limitarea optica a radiatiei laser (ultrashort (fs) laser pulses) in domeniul NIR printr-o metoda cu costuri reduse si ”environmentally friendly”.
