International Semiconductor Conference CAS, an IEEE event, brings together every year since 1978, researchers from academia and industry, professors and students, providing them an ideal environment for sharing latest ideas, experience, knowledge, solutions, applications in the areas ofmicro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor electronics. Authors are invited to submit original papers to on the following topics: Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; Microsensors and Microsystems; Modelling; Semiconductor Devices; Integrated Circuits. Special registration fees are available for students. Extended papers. Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference may be included in special issues of indexed journals. The contributions will be refereed according to the standards of the Journals: ROMJIST Romanian Journal of Information Science and Technology, an ISI, open access, free of charge publication of the Romanian Academy; MDPI Topic "Modeling, Fabrication, and Characterization of Semiconductor Materials and Devices".
