ROMJIST is an ISI, open access, free of charge publication of the Romanian Academy.
The authors of selected papers will receive from ROMJIST full information about publication within a couple of weeks after CAS conference.

Advances in Micro-/Nanotechnologies and Smart Systems for Healthcare (CAS 2025–2026)
A special issue of Applied Sciences (ISSN 2076-3417), MDPI Journal, Impact Factor 2.9, CiteScore 6.1. This special issue belongs to the section "Applied Biosciences and Bioengineering".

The purpose of this Special Issue is to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest advancements in devices and smart systems for biomedical and health applications, aligning with the new research track introduced at the International Semiconductor Conference (CAS)—editions 2025 and 2026.
We invite researchers, industry professionals, clinical practitioners, and medical informatics specialists who submitted and presented their papers to these CAS editions, as well as other researchers, to submit their original research articles and reviews to this Special Issue.
Papers should focus on the design and development of sensors, electronic devices, and systems involving micro-/nanotechnologies, treatment delivery, and monitoring.
