Publishing of extended papers - CAS 2023

Selected papers presented at CAS 2023 will be invited to submit an extended version of their CAS papers to Romanian Journal of Information Science and Technology (ROMJIST), see https://www.romjist.ro/.
ROMJIST is an ISI, open access, free of charge publication of the Romanian Academy.
The authors of selected papers will receive from ROMJIST full information about publication within a couple of weeks after CAS 2023.

The authors of selected papers presented at CAS 2023 will be also invited to submit an extended version of their CAS papers to the MDPI Topic “Modeling, Fabrication, and Characterization of Semiconductor Materials and Devices”. More details can be found at the following link: https://www.mdpi.com/topics/0C4NK7X837.
You may choose between the five participating open access journals (four SCIE journals + 1 ESCI journal). We can provide a special discount on the article processing fees for conference participants. Excellent papers may also be eligible for a full waiver of the fee.
Journal Features:
--Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision is provided to authors approximately 2 weeks after submission;
--Once the paper is accepted, it will be published immediately. It can also be indexed 6 weeks after we have the online version.
