The Organizing Committee of the International Semiconductor Conference (CAS)is pleased to invite you to the 46th edition of the annual conference – CAS 2023, an IEEE event, taking place in the period October 11-13, 2023 in Sinaia, Romania, at Hotel Sinaia.

CAS conference provides a platform for researchers, academic experts and students to meet and share ideas, recent achievements and challenges in the exciting field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices. The conference facilitates the exchange of scientific and technical information covering a broad range of topics, from semiconductor device physics, technology and integrated circuits to micro- and nanotechnologies, including micro-nanoelectronics and micro-nanosystems technologies, encompassing all relevant aspects such as modelling and simulation, design, measurement.

CAS conference annually attracts around 130 participants who enjoy a comprehensive technical program including technical papers presented in oral and poster sessions, invited talks, special sessions for student papers and workshops.

The technical program is complemented by social events: a Welcome Cocktail, a trip and a Banquet including the Best papers Awards ceremony.
