E-news CAS 2025, No. 5 - EXTENDED Papers Submission Deadline

We are pleased to announce that paper submission deadline has been extended, giving you more time to refine your papers and submit the best quality contributions.

New Submission Deadline: JUNE 13, 2025!

Authors are invited to submit original contributions, in one of the conference topics:

  • Nanoscience and Nanoengineering
  • Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics
  • Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems
  • Microsensors and Microsystems
  • Modelling
  • Semiconductor Devices
  • Integrated Circuits
  • Devices and Smart Systems for Biomedical and Health Applications (new topic starting 2025)

Check the new important dates and the guidelines for papers preparation.

Information for students: The conference program will include special sessions for student papers and the best student papers will be awarded. When uploading the paper, the author should mark the option "Student contest". Students benefit of reduced registration fees.
