Obiectivele propuse, studiul interfetelor biohibride (Si-proteine) si detectia unui semnal IR si/sau Raman amplificat datorat nanostructurarii suprafetei, precum si formarea unor legaturi stabile biomolecula-suprafata dispozitiv sunt urmarite cu scopul dezvoltarii a doua aplicatii specifice in lucru in laborator si anume biosenzor cu detectie optica si biochip cu proteine pentru diagnosticare medicala.

Potentiali utilizatori

Proiectul propus este in concordanta cu obiectivele strategice ale sistemului national CDI contribuind la crearea de cunoastere in domenii multidisciplinare (biofizica, stiinta suprafetelor, nanotehnologii, bionanomateriale), cu impact in diferite sectoare: (nano)medicina, mediu (toxicologie), alimentar, in bio(nano)detectie si proteomica. Cunostintele acumulate in proiect vor contribui la crearea de (bio)nanomateriale, dispozitive si tehnologii inovative.
