Project description

This research project is focused on developments of the advanced power systems for space technologies, sub-systems and power support equipment, very well suitable also for the aeronautics developments and other industrial activities.

  • The project MICRO-OPTEH will continue the research activity of the project MICRO-CPVS Space Systems and Technology developed in the program Star, the period 2013-2015.
  • The project aims the development of technologies for the achievement of the arrays of micro-lenses and micro-mirrors with applications, both in the space and the terrestrial field - optical devices for imaging and elements of detection.
  • For the technologies validation under laboratory conditions it will be designed and realized an experimental model of micro-optic concentrator for solar radiation based on micro-lenses and micro-mirrors arrays coupled with a planar slab waveguide.
