Since 2024 - Member of the guidance committee for doctoral studies in Engineering Sciences at the Doctoral School of Electronics, Telecommunications & Information Technology, UPB. April 2018 -Supervised a Master's student from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. 2016 – Seminar: “Introduction to Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Technology”, delivered to undergraduate students at UPB.
