The invoice will be issued and emailed in PDF format in due time. Please note that possible delays may occur due to holiday periods or overlapping deadlines.
If you request the invoice as a private person, please contact the CAS Conference Secretariat (
cas@imt.ro) immediately after submitting this Registration form, providing your data, including your National Identification Number. Otherwise, the invoice will be prepared including the details of the company/university/institution.

Hotel booking
The conference registration fee does not include accommodation.
Conference guests are offered special prices at Hotel Sinaia, the conference venue:
Standard single room: 380 lei/night (approx. 75 €/night)
Single deluxe room: 397 lei/night (approx. 78 €/night)
Standard double room: 400 lei/night (approx. 79 €/night)
Double deluxe room: 420 lei/night (approx. 84 €/night)
The rooms will be allocated upon hotel's availability.
The rates include accommodation, breakfast, VAT and local tourist fees.
Check-in: starting 15:00; Check-out: until 12:00.

The rooms will be booked by the conference organisers using the data provided in this registration form. Participants will pay individually for accommodation, in the first day of their arrival to the hotel.
Please notice that after September 15, 2025, the reservations will be accepted upon hotel’s availability.
If you do not wish to book room at Hotel Sinaia, please mark "I do not request accommodation".
