Accommodation
The conference organisers have pre-booked a number of rooms at Hotel Sinaia (the conference venue) for conference participants.
Hotel Sinaia offers guests a perfect stay for wonderful views, many places to visit and countless enjoyable hiking alternatives or light trips in the mountains.
Special rates for the CAS 2026 conference participants at Hotel Sinaia:
- Standard single room: 380 lei/night (approx. 73 €/night)
- Deluxe single room: 397 lei/night (approx. 76 €/night)
- Standard double room: 430 lei/night (approx. 82 €/night)
- Deluxe double room: 450 lei/night (approx. 86 €/night)
Check-in: starting 15:00; Check-out: until 12:00
The rates include accommodation, breakfast, VAT and local fees. Access to the spa area is also included and is available by appointment only, 120 minutes/day, within the limit of available places, 09:00-18:00. After 18:00, a supplementary tax of 20 lei/adult and 10 lei/child is applied.
Parking fee: 20 lei (4 €)/day/car
The rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Please note that room reservations made after September 15, 2026 can no longer be guaranteed.
The room booking form will be included in the Conference Registration form.
Participants will pay individually for accommodation, in the first day of their arrival to the hotel. Please disregard any messages asking you to book rooms through third-party companies and do not proceed to any arrangement or payment to these companies!
