Ana-Maria Lepadatu, PhD



Ana-Maria Lepadatu received her Ph.D. in Physics in 2012 from the University of Bucharest. She is now Senior Researcher in the Group of Nanomaterials and Nanostructures based on SiGeSn at National Institute of Materials Physics, Magurele, Romania. Her research focuses on characterization of films and nanostructures based on group IV Si-Ge-Sn nanocrystals embedded in oxide matrix regarding energy structure, Raman spectroscopy, electrical, photoelectrical and charge storage properties by experiment and modelling / simulation.
