Romanian Journal of Information Science and Technology (ROMJIST) was awarded in 2023 with the "Diploma of Academic Merit of the Romanian Academy", for the leading position in the Clarivate evaluation and first place among the journals in Romania, from the point of view of the impact factor.
The Journal Impact Factor for 2022: 3.5 and Category Quartile Q2, COMPUTER SCIENCE, THEORY & METHODS; INSTRUMENTS&INSTRUMENTATION; PHYSICS, APPLIED.
Selected papers presented at CAS will be invited to submit an extended version of their CAS papers to Romanian Journal of Information Science and Technology (ROMJIST), see https://www.romjist.ro/.
ROMJIST is an ISI, open access, free of charge publication of the Romanian Academy.
The authors of selected papers will receive from ROMJIST full information about publication within a couple of weeks after CAS conference.
Semiconductor devices are central to the modern digital economy, being used in areas ranging from smartphones and cars to critical applications and infrastructures for healthcare, energy, mobility, communications and industrial automation. They are crucial for the development of future technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), 5G communications and computing. For almost 50 years, the International Semiconductors Conference (https://www.imt.ro/cas) has tackled different aspects of the semiconductor value chain, considering both semiconductor electronics and micro-and nanotechnologies (including micro- and nanosystems).
Conference participants are welcome to contribute papers to this Special Issue.
Participating Journals: Coatings; Electronics; Journal of Sensor and Actuator Networks; Nanomaterials; Sensors.
