Registration to CAS 2025 conference is mandatory for all the participants!

The registration process to CAS 2025 includes two steps:

Please note that the Registration form includes also the requests for accommodation in Hotel Sinaia (the conference venue) and options for participating in the social events and satellite events organised at CAS 2025.
Please inform the conference secretariat (cas @ imt.ro) about any changes to the data completed in the registration form.
Separate registration is available for the IEEE EDS Mini-Colloquium “FET100 - Emerging Solutions Toward Sustainable Electronics: From Concept To Implementation” taking place Oct. 11, 2025, in parallel with CAS.

Registration fees

The registration fee for CAS 2025 conference participants includes: access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunches during conference, Welcome Cocktail, Banquet, conference materials including an electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings volume.

To be published in CAS 2025 Conference Proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference. The papers presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Conference access is allowed only for the participants who paid the registration fee. If multiple co-authors per one paper attend the conference, each author should pay the registration fee.

  • The participant is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
  • The conference fee does not include accommodation. 

* Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D only; it is  not available for post-doctoral students.
