The Organizing Committee of the International Semiconductor Conference (CAS) is pleased to invite you to the 45th edition of the annual conference – CAS 2022, an IEEE event, taking place in the period October 12 -14, 2022 in Poiana Brasov, Romania.
One of the oldest conferences in Europe, CAS conference is constantly adjusting its topics in the new era of innovation and sustainable transformations. CAS 2022 takes place in a context when semiconductors are at the heart of many technological breakthroughs and their key role and great potential in various fields are strongly emphasized at European and worldwide level.
The conference welcomes specialists and students who are interested in sharing their latest research results, expertise and new ideas in the micro- and nanotechnologies field, semiconductor devices physics and technology, including semiconductor materials and microelectronics.
The conference programme is comprised of technical papers presented in oral and poster sessions, invited talks, special sessions for student papers and workshops.
The accepted papers (4 pages) at CAS conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. CAS Proceedings volumes are available in IEEE Xplore database for each conference edition each starting 1995. Furthermore, the papers are indexed by Web of Science.
